An affiliate of Miss America's Teen, a program designed FoR “promoting scholastic achievement, creative accomplishment, and healthy living and community involvement for America's teens.”

Miss Oregon's Teen Competition is a program for young ladies 13 to 18 years of age.  The competition is intended to encourage and reward scholastic achievement, communication skills, talent and community service.
