In order to ensure your funds are released to you in a timely fashion, it’s imperative that you complete the correct scholarship request form. Please read through all the options and examples below before submitting a request.
Questions about what funds were used to award your scholarship? Ask your director BEFORE you submit a request. If you don’t see what you’re looking for below, please contact us for assistance.
If the scholarship(s) you won from your local/state/national competition were awarded using national Miss America Foundation funds prior to 2023, (that information will be indicated on your scholarship award letter and an award letter is REQUIRED to obtain these scholarships from MAF)
Click Here to Submit Your Scholarship Distribution Request to the Miss Oregon Scholarship Program EDExample: You won a local title and received an award letter indicating that the scholarship was awarded using CMNH/Spotfund monies held by MAF; or you won a national scholarship offered directly by the Miss America Foundation.
If the scholarship(s) you are requesting were awarded at local competition(s) and/or state competitions in 2021 and beyond,

If the scholarship(s) you are requesting were awarded at Miss America in 2022 and beyond, or at Miss America’s Teen in 2024 and beyond,
Example: You competed at Miss America in 2023 and placed in the Top 10.
